MoU Signing Ceremony Concludes between The Diabetes Centre and National Highways & Motorways Police

 

On February 23, 2023, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony in relation to agreement between The Diabetes Centre (TDC) and National Highways Motorways Police took place at TDC’s Central Hospital. 

During the event, DIG Ashfaq Ahmed Khan, Deputy Inspector General N5, North Zone, and SP Miss Mubashera Javed on behalf of the National Highways and Motorway Police whereas TDC Chairman Dr. Asjad Hameed and MS Brigadier Retired Muhammad Ajmal Khan signed the agreement.

Memorandum of Understanding:
 
The MoU states that TDC will offer the National Highways and Motorway Police a discounted treatment facility. The Motorway Police staff will also receive instruction on diabetes prevention. Staff members of TDC will receive training on safe highway driving from the National Highway and Motorway Police. In cooperation with organizations like TDC, the National Highways and Motorway Police will maintain traffic safety on National Highways, according to DIG Ashfaq Ahmad Khan.

 In cooperation with prestigious institutions like Pakistan Motorway Police, TDC will continue to successfully combat diabetes, according to Chairman Dr. Asjad Hameed. Dr. Muhammad Ajmal Khan discussed the vision, plans and efforts of TDC during the event. Goodwill was expressed between the two institutions at the conclusion of the ceremony.
